New student application

Complete the following form in order to apply for music lessons.

Areas of study offered: Voice, Piano, Organ, Music Theory, Conducting

Availability: Generally Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday afternoons until 6:00pm

Rate: $49 for 30 minutes

Location: St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church, 36 New Canaan Road, Wilton
